Phase 10 Score Tracker

Skip the paper score sheet. Add your players, log each hand with quick +5 / +10 / +15 / +25 buttons, and let the tracker handle phases, totals, and the winner. Saves automatically on your phone, no email required.

How Phase 10 scoring works

Phase 10 is a rummy-style card game where each player races through ten fixed phases, from two sets of three all the way to a set of five plus a set of three. Each hand ends when one player goes out; that player scores zero and everyone else scores penalty points for the cards still in their hand. Number cards 1-9 cost 5 points, 10-12 cost 10, a Skip costs 15, and a Wild costs 25. Low score is good: the first player to finish phase 10 wins, and if two players finish in the same hand, the lower total takes it.

This tracker mirrors that exactly. Marking a player as “went out” gives them zero and completes their phase automatically, the point chips match the card values, and the score sheet below the player cards keeps the same round-by-round history a paper pad would, minus the arithmetic and the arguments.

FAQ

Phase 10 scoring: common questions

At the end of each hand, the player who went out scores 0. Everyone else counts the cards left in their hand: cards 1-9 are worth 5 points, cards 10-12 are worth 10, a Skip is 15, and a Wild is 25. Points are bad. The winner is the first player to complete phase 10; if several finish in the same hand, the lowest total wins.
