How UNO scoring works
Under official rules, the player who goes out wins the hand and collects points for every card still held by opponents: face value for number cards, 20 for Draw Two, Skip, and Reverse, and 50 for Wilds. Hands repeat until someone reaches 500 points, and that player wins the game. Many households play it the other way around, where everyone scores their own leftover cards and the lowest total wins once someone crosses 500 — the tracker handles either style with a single toggle at setup.
